A simple way to settle the body before deeper emotional work.
Breathing is preparation, not the main transformation. A calmer body makes it easier to notice what you feel instead of escaping into thinking, control, or distraction.
Before the Ultimate Exercise, breathe gently and slowly for a few minutes. Let the exhale lengthen. Let your attention return to the body. The detailed protocols belong inside the course experience.
Use breath to become present

Feel the body.
